Wow. Just wow. How have I never been here before? The Pig sandwich is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Cooked perfectly, crispy and juicy at the same time, with crunchy cabbage and homemade pickles with a delicious sauce on a soft bun. I chose the pickled veggies for my side and couldn’t believe the variety: carrots, cauliflower, sweet onions, baby gherkins, peppers and some other pickle-icious items. I enjoyed the Hard Mango Cider from Keel Farms, too—it was light and sweet and perfect with my sandwich. Kathy, our server, was friendly and helpful. The great vibe, paired with amazing food and drinks for every taste is a winning combination. PigFish and Calusa Brewery...we’ll be back!

This is an incredible place! Sustainable food, sourced locally and responsibly, beer is delicious and the people who work here are helpful and positive. Best local brewery in Western Florida, period.

We love their burgers and fries! Everything is fresh, made to order. Make sure to get a cookie. Kathy is the sweetest, most attentive person. She gave our dog treats and always greets us with a smile.

We visited for the first on Mother's Day for lunch. It was not very crowded. The atmosphere and decor were casual. Everything was clean. The server was friendly and efficient. The food was amazing! I had the chicken pesto sandwich, which was a generous size, moist and flavorful. Gluten free buns were available! We sampled some appetizers. The Brussels sprouts were so good, as were the hush puppies, pretzels and house made beer cheese dip. I was impressed at the quality standards. Grassfed beef, sustainably sourced seafood, organic produce and even biodegradable cutlery. And, to top it off, they gave me a complimentary brownie a'la mode with strawberries!! We WILL be back!

We had THE BEST Pernil Tostones at Pigfish in Calusa Brewing! Their chef, Jedi, is LEGIT! Bringing amazing Puerto Rican flavors to SWFL! Well done, sir! Chef’s kiss to you! Wish we lived closer and could eat your creations more frequently! And thank you, Kathy, for the amazing service with a smile. We enjoyed talking with you! Calusa is an amazing brewery and Pigfish is a wonderful complement! If you haven’t visited, what are you waiting for???

A Sarasota Gem – 5 Stars Aren’t Enough! First time at Pig Fish and I can confidently say it won’t be our last! From the moment we walked in, Kathy gave us the warmest welcome and the best introduction to the Pig Fish experience. Her knowledge, recommendations, and energy made us feel like VIPs, and she truly set the tone for an unforgettable meal. I went with the fish and chips—and WOW. Hands down, the best fish I’ve had in Sarasota. The unicorn file fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned (with what I swear was love), and cooked to flaky, golden perfection. The salad was crisp and refreshing, and every single part of it—from the greens to the house-made croutons—was made fresh in-house. You can taste the difference. We also tried “the pig,” and it’s honestly to die for. Rich, flavorful, and downright addictive. Pig Fish is more than just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Fresh ingredients, incredible flavors, and top-notch service. Do yourself a favor and get there—ask for Kathy and thank me later

Outstanding food and beer! We had the pretzel, hush puppies, and the mushroom sausage pizza. All three were the best we’ve ever had!!! Highly recommend!!! Service was over the top! Kathy is out of this world server. Find her!!

First time at pig Fish great atmosphere great server her name was Kathy she asked for my phone number, and I gave it to her. I hope she calls me. It’s a Thursday afternoon and I went for the fish fry this changes the whole game on Friday afternoon fish fries in America. The fish was really good. The portion was amazingly good. The fries were good. The malt vinegar was perfect. Everything was great. I highly recommend it. Don’t wait till Friday for a fish fry. Go on Thursday.
